We have an exciting opportunity for a Field Service Technician to join our team. Under minimal to no supervision, you will troubleshoot and home theater, home entertainment and networking equipment at field locations. Communicate the status of projects to internal departments and customers. Other functions of the job include:
​
                                                      

• Act as a company representative to contractors and customers.
• Effectively diagnose problems and perform necessary repairs and troubleshooting.
• Make knowledgeable recommendations to customers on equipment set up.
• Maintain rapport with customers by examining complaints; identifying solutions; suggesting improved methods and techniques; recommending system improvements.
• Complete customer service reports per project to ensure service requests are being completed, tracked, and monitored.
• Update internal departments and Field Service Manager on project status.
